Dual-Tube Burners incorporate the use of an inner tube to assist in evenly distributing the gas to ensure an even flame from front to back. Stainless steel partitions separate the Dual-Tube burners improving heat control and allowing added grilling versatility.
So with that in mind, this is a great, inexpensive machine that you can make yourself a very strong “latte” with, quickly. I’ve had it approx. a month and it all works very well and I’ve used several and been a professional barista. FYI for the people who are wondering about steaming milk…you do place the wand down into the milk to heat it and then place the wand into the top of the milk to froth it until you have as much foam as you want. I don’t like the rubber thing so I took it off. I’ve never used a machine with that rubber thing before and it cleans easier without it.
