Saturday, October 9th, 2010Purchased this in conjunction with a new Canon digital point and shoot. I know nothing about memory cards unless they are slow, undependable, or lose my photos.
Guess what? This is a lightening quick, dependable memory card that WORKS!
I highly recommend it with digital camera usage.
Loved the new Amazon packaging, it really is frustration-free packaging.

Saturday, October 2nd, 2010I purchased this cable for use with my PS3. It functioned properly (i.e., output video and audio) for about 6 months. At that point, about four months ago, the cable would require increasing amounts of poking and prodding to successfully transmit data. So, in the beginning, if I tapped the connection point at the back of the PS3, it would work. Then, I had to wiggle the cable more until it would work. Finally, no amount of wiggling (or disconnecting/reconnecting, swapping cable connections) would work.
I replaced the cable and things worked perfectly, which leads me to conclude that something in the cable simply failed after about 10 months of usage. Here, ‘usage’ means ‘sitting still at all times connecting console and TV’. So, I’m not impressed by this particular cable, and will not purchase it again.
That said, buying a $3 cable every ten months is a much better proposition than buying one Monster cable for hundreds of dollars.
SimpleSave 1 TB HP today
Friday, September 24th, 2010Easy to use, as all you do is plug it in. However, once it’s in, it takes over! My laptop has lost the driver for the printer and it doesn’t even recognize the Simple Save in the program list or when I search!!! It’s very difficult to figure out; it does it’s own thing! I suppose if I were a computer person I could understand it, but I bought it because it was “simple”!
