Snow Lion published the presentations of the 1st Conference under the title Sakyadhita - Daughters of the Buddha ( ISBN 0-937938-72-6,1988), with well-informed introductions to the different topics. This book which is also published in German under the title Töchter des Buddha (1991, Diederichs Verlag, ISBN 3424010642, out of print) has become a standard work regarding the situation of Buddhist nuns in the present time.
